No. As long as the mattress is left somewhere safe and accessible, we can collect it without you being home.
Good pickup spots include the driveway, carport, front yard, porch, garage, or another clear access point.
Please leave the mattress in an easy-to-access location before your booked pickup time.
The best spot is usually near the front of the property, driveway, carport, or garage. Please avoid leaving it behind locked gates or inside rooms unless arranged first.
Usually, our standard pickup price is for mattresses left in an accessible spot.
If you need help removing it from inside the house, let us know when booking. Extra charges may apply depending on access, stairs, or difficulty.
We collect most mattress types, including:
Single, king single, double, queen, king, foam, spring, latex, and ensemble mattresses.
Yes, we can collect bed bases, ensemble bases, and frames. Please mention this when booking so we can quote it properly.
